The chapter held on November 2 to 6 2002,at Kartarpur resolved to establish a new centre at Shahbad in the District of Rampur. A suitable plot of land was located by br. Joseph Zacharias and was bought on 24 February 2003. The foundation stone was laied by Br. Thomas Pullat, then Vice Provincial. Initially Br. Joseph Panthiruvelly looked after the construction works and later on Br. Chacko Kallummackal took up the responsibility of supervising the construction works and Br. John Prakash took up the charge of the school. Later on Binoy Augustine,Byju Peruvenkunnel, Jojo Kurian succeeded them and continue the works and paved the way for later development. Because of the hard work of the latter Brothers in 2014 January the St. Paul's Academy was Affiliated to CBSE. Presently Br. Girish is appointed as guardian and manager and Byju Peruvakkunnel is appointed as principal. The school is functioning well.
